United Pet Care (UPC ) welcomes the employees of Mesa Public Schools to our pet healthcare program. You may enroll by the 25th of any month and your membership will be effective the 1st of the following month. Please enroll online, or should you have any questions and would like to enroll over the phone, you may call UPC directly at 602-266-5303.
If enrolling after 05/01/10, your membership will be effective through payroll deduction 10/01/10.
