United Pet Care (UPC) welcomes the Arizona Federal Credit Union Members to our pet healthcare program.
You may enroll online or by calling UPC directly at 602-266-5303. Your membership will be effective the 1st of the month following the receipt of your enrollment form in UPC’s administrative offices.
