Terms of Service

By using the United Pet Care membership card, the holder acknowledges that United Pet Care 

  1. does not guarantee, nor is it responsible for, the quality, performance, or non-performance of any services or products provided by any provider
  2. disclaims any and all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, applicable to the program or any products or services provided to members and 
  3. disclaims any and all liability for loss due to the action or condition of any participating provider.

Participating providers are subject to change without notice and you must confirm with the provider that they are participating prior to your visit. For an updated list, please visit www.unitedpetcare.com. Participating providers are independent contractors; they are neither agents nor employees of United Pet Care.

As an annual member, you receive a year of United Pet Care at a discounted rate, and your membership auto-renews each year.  Unless you cancel your subscription, you will be charged on the 25th of the month prior to your anniversary date.  Each renewal is a separate membership, applicable to the pet(s) named on the United Pet Care membership card.

Membership benefits are limited to pets living in the same household as the cardholder named on the membership card. The United Pet Care discount is for non-commercial use only, i.e., personal pets. United Pet Care reserves the right to deny coverage to any cardholder.

You may cancel your membership and request a refund within 45 days of the day you enrolled. To cancel, simply contact United Pet Care via phone, email or send us a message at https://www.unitedpetcare.com/change-my-information/. Limit one refund per member, household or address.
